Blackout Station

A primarily-criminal station settled low in orbit of one of the system's two gas giants. It hides itself between the planet's three moons, meaning that it almost never is exposed to direct sunlight. It's approximately twice the size of the Argo but with a max population about equivalent (1k.md).
